The terms, in plain language.

The service

MobileB lets you link WhatsApp numbers you control as linked devices and use them from one account, on your devices, with the features described on this site. MobileB is in beta: everything, including sharing and agent features, is free of charge during the beta. Paid tiers follow the beta, Advanced and Enterprise; we will announce them on the pricing page before they apply to you. Features may change, and interruptions can happen while we improve it.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
• Link only numbers you own or are authorized to operate.
• You are responsible for what is sent from your linked numbers while they are linked, including by people you share with and agents you connect.

Sharing and agents

You may share conversations with other MobileB users and connect assistants over MCP, within the scopes the product offers. You are responsible for having the right to share a conversation with a colleague or an agent. Either side may end a share at any time; you may revoke an agent at any time.

Acceptable use

MobileB is for reading and writing your own conversations and those explicitly shared with you. It may not be used for:

• bulk or unsolicited messaging of any kind (automation through the MobileB MCP connector, scoped and supervised by you, is fine);
• harassment, fraud, or any activity that is unlawful where you or your recipients are;
• attempts to access conversations, numbers or accounts you were not granted;
• activity that violates WhatsApp's own terms of service, which continue to apply to your use of WhatsApp.

We may suspend accounts engaged in these activities. Suspension ends sign-in sessions immediately, and any shares or agent grants stop working on their next request.

Your content

Your messages, media, contact names and files remain yours. We store and process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, and we claim no other rights over them. Content protected by advanced security is stored only in encrypted form and we hold no key to it.

Relationship to WhatsApp

MobileB is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp may change its linked-device behavior at any time and may remove a linked device; features that depend on it can change or break as a result, and a number may need to be linked again.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows. In plain words: we work hard to keep MobileB reliable, but during the beta you should not run anything life-critical on it.

Ending things

You can stop at any time. Unlinking a number ends its connection and keeps its stored history; asking us to delete your account starts the deletion process described in the privacy policy. We may close the beta, or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where that is reasonable.
