How it works today.
No new app, no new numbers
Each employee links the numbers they already use. Nothing installs on the phone. To customers nothing changes.
Consent is the switch
The employee tags a conversation as business and shares it with a named colleague, by email: one thread, a category, or a whole number. Nothing opens until the colleague accepts, and the employee can end it at any time. Untagged conversations are invisible to a business-scoped grant. There is no company account yet, so each share names a person.
Delegation with attribution
A colleague reads, or replies on behalf of the owner. Inside MobileB every delegated message is marked with who wrote it, for both of them; on WhatsApp the customer sees the owner's number as always. Every reply and permission change is logged with time, IP and device.
Agents under the same rules
Each employee can connect Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent to their own business conversations, through the same consent screen. Attribution on every message, a 90-day trail, refusals counted, one-tap revocation. A conversation shared to a colleague is never visible to that colleague's agents.
